Do I need an account to order?

No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save information for future purchases.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, most of our products ship worldwide. Delivery times and availability vary depending on the destination.

Can we customize gifts with our logo or design?

No. All gifts are pre-designed and curated to ensure quality, simplicity and style. You choose from ready-made options that are ready to send — no custom design needed.

Do you offer gifts for employees or new hires?

Yes. Many of our gift options are perfect for onboarding, anniversaries, team celebrations, or simply saying thank you.

Can we send to multiple people at once?

Not at this time. Each gift must be ordered individually, with one recipient per checkout.

Can we pay by invoice?

No. All orders must be paid by card at checkout.
